Sale of Property - 1400 Leadenhall Street  
For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to  
sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain property that is  
located at 1400 Leadenhall Street (Block 0987, Lot 003) and is no longer  
needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.  
A motion was made by Dorsey, seconded by Burnett., that this Ordinance be  
Recommended Favorably. The motion carried by the following vote:  
4 - Costello, Burnett, Dorsey, and Stokes Sr.  
3 - McCray, Middleton, and "Yitzy" Schleifer
