For the purpose of altering the hours of applicable parking restrictions in  
the Parking Management Plan for RPP Area B (Washington Village).  
A motion was made by member Dorsey, seconded by member Middleton, that  
Ordinance 24-0547 be Recommended Favorably. The motion carried by the  
following vote:
