For the purpose of providing a Supplementary General Fund Operating  
Appropriation in the amount of $400,000 to the MR: Office of Children and  
Family Success - Service 109 (Administration-Children and Family  
Success), to provide funding for balancing the MR: Office of Children and  
Family Success budget for Fiscal Year 2023 due to costs associated with  
unplanned contractual staffing costs that were not fully offset by vacancy  
savings; and providing for a special effective date.
