Investigative Hearing - Procurement in Baltimore City  
For the purpose of inviting the Bureau of Procurement, the Department of Finance,  
and the Bureau of Budget and Management Research to brief the City Council on  
procurement practices in Baltimore City with regard to their impact on the  
effectiveness of the City’s procurement process, including a discussion of potential  
problems identified within these processes, and solutions to improve City bidding and  
procurement.
