For the purpose of calling on representatives from the Finance
Department's Bureau of Budget and Management Research (BBMR),
the Department of Planning (Capital Budget), and Baltimore City Public
Schools (BCPS) to provide a briefing to the City Council on the financial
performance and level of spending against the approved budgets.

Appropriation in the amount of $415,146 to the Department of
Recreation and Parks – Service 654 (Urban Forestry), to provide
funding for 2 positions, a job training program, and a green building
class to expand the Camp Small wood recycling operations in hopes of
advancing Baltimore’s sustainability and equity goals; and providing for
a special effective date.
