For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at
either public or private sale, all its interest in certain property that is located at 2801
Harford Road, and consisting of a portion of Block 4199, Revised Lot 9, and is no
longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

A motion was made by member Burnett, seconded by member Middleton, that
Ordinance 22-0302 be recommended favorably. The motion carried by the
