For the purpose of providing a Supplementary General Fund Capital Appropriation in  
the amount of $500,000.00 to the Mayor’s Office of Information and Technology -  
PRJ002417 (922029 117-029 Citywide Cyber Security Systems Upgrade), to  
provide funding for upgrading citywide cyber security systems; and providing for a  
special effective date.
