For the purpose of approving the application of the Baltimore Ravens Limited Partnership to designate an Area of Special Signage Control known as the Stadium Area District; and providing for a special effective date.

Section 1. Be it Ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the following area described shall be applied as the boundaries of the Stadium Area District.
Beginning at the point of the intersection of the center lines of Russell Street Service Road and W. Ostend Street, then west on W. Ostend Street to the intersection with Ridgely Street, then north along the center lines of Ridgely Street to the point of the southwestern corner of 616 W.
