For the purpose of repealing Ordinance 01-257, as amended by Ordinance 02-447, which designated certain properties a Business Planned Unit Development known as Reisterstown Road Plaza Shopping Center; and providing for a special effective date.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That Ordinance 01-257, as amended by Ordinance 02-447, is repealed, and the authority conferred in that Ordinance to designate certain properties a Business Planned Unit Development known as Reisterstown Road Plaza Shopping Center is rescinded.
Section 2. And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the date it is enacted.
