For the purpose of repealing Ordinance 99-533, as amended by Ordinance 16-569, which designated certain properties a Business Planned Unit Development known as New Shiloh Baptist Church; and providing for a special effective date.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That Ordinance 99-533, as amended by Ordinance 16-569, is repealed, and the authority conferred in that Ordinance to designate certain properties a Business Planned Unit Development known as New Shiloh Baptist Church is rescinded.
Section 2. And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the date it is enacted.
