Section 1.  Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That peak hour parking restrictions imposed by the Department of Transportation under Article 31, § 2-5 or § 2-6 are hereby terminated on the following block faces:

 

(1)                     Both sides of the 2500 block of Harford Road;

 

(2)                     Both sides of the 2600 block of Harford Road;

 

(3)  Both sides of the 2700 block of Harford Road;

 

(4)  Both sides of the 2800 block of Harford Road;

 

(5)  Both sides of the 2900 block of Harford Road;

 

(6)  Both sides of the 3000 block of Harford Road;

 

(7)  Both sides of the 3100 block of Harford Road;

 

(8)  Both sides of the 3200 block of Harford Road;

 

(9)  Both sides of the 3300 block of Harford Road;

 

(10) Both sides of the 3400 block of Harford Road;

 

 

(11) Both sides of the 3500 block of Harford Road;

 

(12) Both sides of the 3600 block of Harford Road;

 

(13) Both sides of the 4100 block of Harford Road;

 

(14) Both sides of the 4200 block of Harford Road;

 

(15) Both sides of the 4300 block of Harford Road;

 

(16) Both sides of the 4400 block of Harford Road;

 

(17) Both sides of the 4500 block of Harford Road;

 

(18) Both sides of the 4600 block of Harford Road;

 

(19) Both sides of the 4700 block of Harford Road;

Section 2.  And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the 30th day after the date it is enacted.
