FOR the purpose of authorizing a change in the fees charged for certain services provided by the Health Department; and providing for a special effective date.

WHEREAS, Fees charged by the City should reflect the cost of providing the service for which the fee is charged.
 
WHEREAS, Using standardized. cost accounting methods, the City has performed a cost analysis of the fees charged by the Health Department.
 
  SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the fees charged by the Health Department are changed to reflect the actual cost of the service rendered, as follows:
