  SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:
 
      Ordinance 94-342
 
  SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That permission is [hereby] granted to [South Baltimore Homeless Shelter, Inc.,] BALTIMORE OUTREACH SERVICES for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a home for homeless women and children on the property known as 701 S. Charles Street, as outlined in red on the plats accompanying this [ordinance] ORDINANCE, [under the provisions of Sections 6-5-1d-1 and 11.0-6d of Article 30 of the Baltimore City Code (1983 Replacement Volume, as amended) titled "Zoning"] IN ACCORDANCE WITH BALTIMORE CITY ZONING CODE ยงยง 6-609(1) AND 14-102, subject to the FOLLOWING conditions [that]:
 
1.      [the] THE home [shall be in operation only from November 1, to April 30, each year, and that it shall] MAY house no more than 50 persons at [one] ANY time.
 
2.      THE HOME MUST COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS.
 
 
 
  SECTION 2.  AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance takes effect on the 30th day after the date it is enacted.
