FOR the purpose of naming an unnamed alley, located parallel to and between Normandy Place and Lombardy Place and perpendicular to a 20-foot alley, parallel with West Northern Parkway between Roland Avenue and Falls Road.

  SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the unnamed alley, located parallel to and between Normandy Place and Lombardy Place and perpendicular to a 20-foot alley, parallel with West Northern Parkway between Roland Avenue and Falls Road, is named Toad Lane.
 
  SECTION 2.  AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance takes effect on the 30th day after the date it is enacted.
