SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Subtitle 10. Residential Permit Parking Program

§ 1028. 2-hour restriction.

(a) In general.

Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, parking durations for non-permit holders are limited to 2 hours.




§ 1034. Little Italy Area.

(D) PARKING DURATION.

THE PARKING DURATION FOR NON-PERMIT HOLDERS IS LIMITED TO 3 HOURS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That the catchlines contained in this Ordinance are not law and may not be considered to have been enacted as a part of this or any prior Ordinance.
