Valet Parking - Offenses by Operators and Hosts
FOR the purpose of correcting an inadvertent omission in the statutory list of offenses by valet parking operators that are subject to various administrative sanctions and civil fines, conforming that list to the otherwise consonant list applicable to offenses by valet parking hosts; and modifying the civil fines to be imposed for various valet-parking-related offenses based on their relative severity.
