Railroad easterly 201.24 feet to the west side of South Macon Street, as shown on Plat 307-A-21 in the Office of the Department of Transportation; and providing for a special effective date.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the Department of Transportation shall proceed to condemn and open Dillon Street, extending from the east side of CSX Transportation Inc. Railroad easterly 201.24 feet to the west side of South Macon Street, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for Parcel 1 at the point formed by the intersection of the east side of CSX Transportation Inc. Railroad and the south side of Dillon Street 70 feet wide the point of beginning being distant Northerly 292 feet, more or less, measured along the east side of CSX Transportation Inc. Railroad from the north side of O’Donnell Street varying in width; thence binding on the east side of CSX Transportation Inc.
