Sale of Property - Former Bed of a Portion of Dulaney Valley Road
For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as the former bed of a portion of Dulaney Valley Road within the Loch Raven Reservoir, adjacent to 12460 Dulaney Valley Road, and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That, in accordance with Article V, § 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in a certain parcel of land known as the former bed of a portion of Dulaney Valley Road within the Loch Raven Reservoir, adjacent to 12460 Dulaney Valley Road, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an Iron Pin & Cap found on the northeasterly side of Dulaney Valley Road at the division line between Lot No. 1 and Lot No. 2 as shown on the Plat entitled, “Peerce’s Plantation”, which Plat is recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Plat Book S.M. No. 78, folio 476; running thence with and binding on the northeasterly side of Dulaney Valley Road South 59 degrees 11 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 245.89 feet to an Iron Pin & Cap found at the corner formed by the northeasterly side of Dulaney Valley Road and the northwesterly side of Dulaney Valley Road; thence running for new lines of division ove...
