SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Department of General Services shall proceed to condemn and close certain streets and alleys bounded by Guilford Avenue, East 21st Street, Barclay Street, and East 20th Street (Ward 12, Section 12, Block 3806), and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for Parcel Number 5, at a point on the south side of East 20th Street 20 feet wide, said point of beginning being distant Westerly 82.0 feet more or less, measured along the south side of said East 20th Street, from the west side of Barclay Street 66 feet wide, to the east side of a 10-foot alley, laid out in the rear of the properties known as 2000 through 2008 Barclay Street, thence binding on the east side of said alley, the follow...
