SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Subtitle 6. Charles Village Community Benefits District
ยง 66. Board of Directors.
(e) Minimum representation.
The following minimum representation shall be present on the full Board, except during periods of temporary vacancies:
