SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That Sheet 47 of the Zoning District Maps is amended by changing from the R-8 Zoning District to the B-2-3 Zoning District the area outlined in red on the plat accompanying this Ordinance, consisting of the properties listed on Exhibit 1, attached to and made part of this Ordinance, together with the adjoining roads, highways, alleys, rights-of-way, and other similar property.
