Zoning - Conditional Use Home for Homeless Persons - 1023 East Baltimore Street
FOR the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a home for homeless persons on the property known as 1023 East Baltimore Street, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That permission is granted for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a home for homeless persons on the property known as 1023 East Baltimore Street, as outlined in red on the plat accompanying this Ordinance, in accordance with Baltimore City Zoning Code ยงยง 6-409(1) and 14-102, subject to the following conditions:
1. A maximum of 50 beds may be used for emergency overnight housing for homeless persons.
2. The home for homeless persons must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local licensing and certification requirements.
