Sale of Property - 121 North Greene Street
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain property known as 121 North Greene Street (Block 617, Lot 15) and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in the property known as 121 North Greene Street (Block 617, Lot 15), and more particularly described as follows:
The subject parcel (Block 617, Lot 15) is a property and improvements (four-story plus basement brick building) on the east side of North Greene Street in the Westside Initiative community. The property was offered through a Request for Proposals for redevelopment that is consistent with the Westside Initiative Strategic Plan.
This property being no longer needed for public use.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That no deed may pass under this Ordinance unless the deed has been approved by the City Solicitor.
