SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That permission is [hereby] granted to [South Baltimore Homeless Shelter, Inc.,] BALTIMORE OUTREACH SERVICES for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a home for homeless women and children on the property known as 701 S.
