Title
Sale of Property - A 6-Foot Wide Portion of Maryland Avenue
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as a 6-foot wide portion of the former bed of Maryland Avenue, contiguous to the west side thereof, extending from Mt. Royal Avenue, Northerly 200.8 feet, more or less, and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in a certain parcel of land known as a 6-foot wide portion of the former bed of Maryland Avenue, contiguous to the west side thereof, extending from Mt. Royal Avenue, Northerly 200.8 feet, more or less, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for Parcel No.1 at the point formed by the intersection of the north side of Mt.
