ยง 3-11. Executive Director and staff.
(a) Director.
The [Director of Legislative Reference] Inspector General serves as the Executive Director of the Ethics Board and is responsible for assisting the Board in performing its responsibilities.
(b) Staff.
In consultation with the Board, the Executive Director may assign staff from the [Department of Legislative Reference] Office of the Inspector General to assist the Board and Executive Director.
