For the purpose of condemning and opening North Arch Street, extending from West Lexington Street Southerly 183 feet to the south side of Vine Street, a portion of Vine Street, extending from Pine Street Easterly 441.93 feet to North Arch Street, and a portion of Rieman Court, extending from North Arch Street Easterly 101 feet, more or less, as shown on Plat 345-A-19 in the Office of the Department of Transportation; and providing for a special effective date.

Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the Department of Transportation shall proceed to condemn and open North Arch Street, extending from West Lexington Street Southerly 183 feet to the south side of Vine Street, a portion of Vine Street, extending from Pine Street Easterly 441.93 feet to North Arch Street, and a portion of Rieman Court, extending from North Arch Street Easterly 101 feet, more or less, and more particularly described as follows:
