Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the Department of Transportation shall proceed to condemn and open North Arch Street, extending from West Lexington Street Southerly 183 feet to the south side of Vine Street, a portion of Vine Street, extending from Pine Street Easterly 441.93 feet to North Arch Street, and a portion of Rieman Court, extending from North Arch Street Easterly 101 feet, more or less, and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning for Parcel 1 at the point formed by the intersection of the south side of Vine Street 43 feet wide, and the east side of Pine Street 50 feet wide, the point of beginning being distant Northerly 150 feet, measured ...
