Sale of Properties - 601-603, 621, 701, 709, 750, 801, and 810 McCabe Avenue

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain properties that are known as 601-603, 621, 701, 709, 750, 801, and 810 McCabe Avenue and are no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the Comptroller of Baltimore City may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in the following properties:

601-603 McCabe Avenue (Block 5165, Lot 087)
621 McCabe Avenue (Block 5165, Lot 078)
701 McCabe Avenue (Block 5165, Lot 072)
709 McCabe Avenue (Block 5165, Lot 068)
750 McCabe Avenue (Block 5165D, Lot 062)
801 McCabe Avenue (Block 5165, Lot 043E)
810 McCabe Avenue (Block 5165D, Lot 068).

These properties being no longer needed for public use.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That no deed may pass under this Ordinance unless the deed has been approved by the City Solicitor.
