FOR the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the establishment, maintenance, and operation of open off-street parking areas on the properties known as Block 3635, Lots 17 and 17A (WS Maryland Avenue SWC 26th Street and ES North Howard Street SEC 26th Street), as outlined in red on the accompanying plat.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That permission is granted for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of open off-street parking areas on the properties known as Block 3635, Lots 17 and 17A (WS Maryland Avenue SWC 26th Street and ES North Howard Street SEC 26th Street), as outlined in red on the plat accompanying this Ordinance, in accordance with Baltimore City Zoning Code ยงยง 5-204(7), 6-409(1), 10-504, and 16-102, subject to the condition that the parking areas comply with all applicable federal, state, and local licensing and certification requirements.
