Street Encroachment - 1401 North Charles Street
FOR the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the construction and maintenance of portions of a building projecting into the right-of-way, on the southwest side of the Jones Falls Expressway (I-83), of the property known as 1401 North Charles Street; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That:
(a) Permission is granted for the construction and maintenance of several portions of a building located on the northeast side of the property known as 1401 North Charles Street, the portions of the building extending into the public right-of-way of the Jones Falls Expressway (I-83), subject to the conditions specified in this Ordinance.
(b) The structure may not project into the public right-of-way more than 3 feet.
(c) Except as specifically provided in this Ordinance, all ordinances, rules, and regulations of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, including but not limited to the requirement to obtain a License Agreement and/or a right-of-entry permit, must be complied with in the construction of this structure.
