SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Department of Public Works shall proceed to condemn and close Adams Street, extending from Ponca Street, Easterly 152.2 feet, more or less, to the end thereof, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for Parcel No. 1 at the point formed by the intersection of the east side of Ponca Street, 70 feet wide, and the north side of Adams Street, varying in width, and running thence binding on the north side of said Adams Street, North 87? 07’ 06” East 9.59 feet, to intersect the right-of-way line of Interstate Route No. 895 (Baltimore Harbor Tunnel); thence binding on said right-of-way line of Interstate Route No. 895 (Baltimore Harbor Tunnel), South 78? 31’ 58” East 144.90 feet to the easternmost extremity of said Adams Street; thence binding on the easternmost extremity of said Adams Street, South 02? 53’ 28” East 4.09 feet, to int...
