SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That Section II.A. of the Parking Management Plan for RPP Area 41 - Sharp/Leadenhall (March 10, 2014) read as follows:

II. Special Permits and Conditions
A. Special Permits:
a. The business at 141 W. [hamburg] HAMBURG Street (at the time of this restatement, Jack?s Liquor Store) is eligible for up to 2 special permits[.], [Permits are] valid 7 days a week from [9am-] 9 A.M. TO midnight.
