SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

ยง 1-163. Multi-purpose neighborhood center.
(a) In general.
"Multi-purpose neighborhood center" means, EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED IN SUBSECTION (C) OF THIS SECTION, a building or a group of buildings used, in whole or in part, for 2 or more governmental or community services, such as health, day care, recreation, legal aid, social services, education, and employment counseling.
(b) Inclusions.
"Multi-purpose neighborhood center" includes Mayor's Stations.
(C) EXCLUSIONS.
"MULTI-PURPOSE NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER" DOES NOT INCLUDE:
