§ 4A-1. Definitions.
(a) In general.
In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated.
(b) Code enforcement officer.
“Code enforcement officer” means:
(1) a Baltimore City police officer;
(2) a Special Enforcement Officer appointed under City Code Article 19,
Subtitle 17 {“Special Enforcement Officers”}; or
(3) any City employee who:
(i) is in a position of trust, as defined by the Baltimore City Administrative Manual AM-20-4 {“Positions of Trust”}; and
(ii) has been authorized by the head of the employee’s agency to issue environmental cita...
