City Streets - Opening - Certain Streets Lying Within the Area Bounded by Patterson Avenue - Parr Avenue - Spring Avenue and the CSX Transportation, Inc. Railroad Right-of-Way
FOR the purpose of condemning and opening (1) Vincennes Avenue, extending from Patterson Avenue, Northwesterly 505.0 feet, more or less, to Ridge Avenue, (2) Ridge Avenue, extending from the Armstrong Avenue, Northeasterly 275.6 feet, more or less, to Vincennes Avenue, and (3) Armstrong Avenue, extending from Ridge Avenue, Northwesterly 475.0 feet, more or less, to Spring Avenue, as shown on Plat 114-A-30 in the Office of the Department of Public Works; and providing for a special effective date.
