BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That permission is granted for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a home for homeless persons on the property known as 1017 East Baltimore Street, as outlined in red on the plat accompanying this Ordinance, in accordance with Zoning Code §§ 6-409(1) and 14-102 of the Baltimore City Code, subject to the following conditions:
