For the purpose of terminating peak hour parking restrictions on the 1500 through 1800 blocks of East 33rd Street.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That peak hour parking restrictions imposed by the Department of Transportation under Article 31, § 2-5 or § 2-6 are hereby terminated on the following block faces:
(1) Both sides of the 1500 block of East 33rd Street;
(2) Both sides of the 1600 block of East 33rd Street;
(3) Both sides of the 1700 block of East 33rd Street; and
(4) Both sides of the 1800 block of East 33rd Street.
Section 2. And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the 30th day after the date it is enacted.
