SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Subtitle 7. Financial Disclosure
§ 7-1. Certifications.
(d) Entities doing business with City.
(1) The Finance Director must annually [certify] COMPILE AND SUBMIT to the Ethics Board, [a] IN AN INTEGRATED, EASILY SEARCHABLE ELECTRONIC DATABASE, AN ALPHABETIZED list of all business entities [doing] WHO DID business with the City, AS DEFINED IN § 25(A)(1)(I) AND (2) OF THIS ARTICLE, DURING THE PRECEDING CALENDAR YEAR.
(2) The Ethics Board must [keep] POST this list on [file and] ITS WEBSITE, available to all persons subject to this subtitle.
