For the purpose of extending various deadlines for the development and adoption of a Community Engagement Plan and a Complete Streets Manual; clarifying certain standards for the Community Engagement Plan; correcting, clarifying, and conforming related language; providing for a modified special effective date for City Code Article 26, Subtitle 40 {“Complete Streets”}, as enacted by Ordinance 18-0197; and providing for a special effective date for this Ordinance.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Section 3. And be it further ordained, That:
(1) City Code Article 26, Subtitle 40, Part V, as enacted by this Ordinance, takes effect on the date of enactment of this Ordinance {i.e., December 3, 2018}.
