FOR the purpose of changing the zoning for the properties known as 820 Oldham Street, 4526 O'Donnell Street, 4600 O'Donnell Street, and a portion of 4500 Fait Avenue, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat, from the M-3 Zoning District to the R-8 Zoning District, and changing the zoning for the properties known as 4601 Foster Avenue, a portion of 4500 Fait Avenue, and 4700 Fait Avenue, as outlined in blue on the accompanying plat, from the M-1-2 Zoning District to the R-8 Zoning District.
