FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain properties known as Block 1250, Lot 7C and the former beds of portions of Front Street and Terminal Street and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in the properties known as Block 1250, Lot 7C and the former beds of portions of Front Street and Terminal Street, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for the property known as No. 400 Terminal Street at the point formed by the intersection of the north side of the former bed of Terminal Street, 30 feet wide, as condemned and closed under Ordinance No. 04-841 approved November 29, 2004 by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore and the west side of the former bed of Buren Street, 60 feet wide, as condemned and closed under Ordinance No. 430 approved November 16, 1994 by th...
