SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Subtitle 38. Minors – Miscellaneous
[§ 382. Sale of contraceptives.
(a) Prohibited conduct.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, or any employee, agent, or servant thereof, to sell any contraceptive to any minor under the age of 16 years.
(b) Penalties.
Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense.]
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That the catchlines contained in this Ordinance are not law and may not be considered to have been enacted as a part of this or any prior Ordinance.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance takes effect on the 30th day after the date it is enacted.
