                     Recitals

Ordinance 06-      {Bill 05-238} amended Health Article Title 6 {"Food Service Facilities"} to, among other things: (i) repeal various statutorily-set application, reinspection, annual-license, and late fees; and (ii) authorize the Commissioner of Health to set these various fees from time to time, subject to "the approval of the City Council".

The Commissioner has submitted for the Council's approval a fee schedule intended to become effective simultaneously with  the repeals effected by Ordinance 06-      .

The fee schedule submitted by the Commissioner would continue, without change, the various fees previously set by statute.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Health Commissioner's fee schedule, continuing without change the fees previously set in Health Article Title 6, Subtitle 4, is approved.
