SUBTITLE 30. BED CAPACITY FEE

§ 30-1. DEFINITIONS.

(A) IN GENERAL.

IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING TERMS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.



(B) BED CAPACITY UNIT.

“BED CAPACITY UNIT” MEANS:

(1) AN OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION MADE AVAILABLE TO A STUDENT BY A PRIVATE, POST-SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO CITY PROPERTY TAXES; OR
