FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as the former bed of a 15-foot alley laid out in the rear of the properties known as 4406 and 4410 Pall Mall Road and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in a certain parcel of land known as the former bed of a 15-foot alley laid out in the rear of the properties known as 4406 and 4410 Pall Mall Road, and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning for Parcel No. 1 at the point formed by the intersection of the northeast side of the former bed of a 15-foot alley, laid out in the rear of the properties known as Nos. 4406 and 4410 Pall Mall Road and the northwest side of a 12-foot alley, laid out in the rear of the property known as Lot No. 1 of Block 3349 as referred to among the Real Property Records of the Property Location Section of the Department of General Serv...
