FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain property known as 3814 Ednor Road (Ward 9, Section 22, Block 3972N, Lot 026) and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in the property known as 3814 Ednor Road (Ward 9, Section 22, Block 3972N, Lot 026), and more particularly described as follows:
The property is a 20-foot by 105-foot 6-inch improved lot (approximately 2,112 square feet), on which is an attached 2-story brick row house in the Ednor Gardens neighborhood, and the property is zoned R-6. The row house enclosed area is approximately 1,200 square feet and includes 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The property came under the control of the City via a Deed of Surrender and Conveyance recorded in Liber 11749, folio 167.
This property being no longer needed for public use.
