§ 9-1. DEFINITIONS.

(A) IN GENERAL.

IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING TERMS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.

(B) BOARD.

“BOARD” MEANS THE BOARD OF MUNICIPAL AND ZONING APPEALS.



(C) BUSINESS.

“BUSINESS” MEANS ANY COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY CONDUCTED BY A PERSON, WHETHER SALES, SERVICE, RENTAL, PROFESSIONAL, OR OTHERWISE.

(D) INCLUDES; INCLUDING.
