SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Subtitle 33. Speed Monitoring Systems
§ 33-1. Definitions.
(a) In general.
In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated.
[(b) Enabling Law.
“Enabling Law” means:
(1) For school zone speed monitoring systems, State Code Transportation Article § 21-809; and
(2) For work zone speed control systems, State Code Transportation Article § 21810.]
