Sale of Property - Portion of the Former Bed of Callendar Street
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as the former bed of a portion of Callendar Street, contiguous to the east side thereof and extending from Baltimore Street, Southerly 137.4 feet, more or less, to Booth Street and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in a certain parcel of land known as the former bed of a portion of Callendar Street, contiguous to the east side thereof and extending from Baltimore Street, Southerly 137.4 feet, more or less, to Booth Street, and more particularly described as follows:
