Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That:

(a) Permission is granted for the construction and maintenance of a portion of a building located along the front of the property known as 1707 Eastern Avenue, the portion of the building extending into the public right-of-way of Eastern Avenue, subject to the conditions specified in this Ordinance. The area of encroachment is more clearly shown on a plat on file in the Department of Transportation, dated February 8, 2019 prepared by Dietz Surveying, Co.

(b) The structure may not project into the public right-of-way more than 3 feet.

(c) Except as specifically provided in this Ordinance, all ordinances, rules, and regulations of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, including but not limited to the requirement to obtain a right-of-entry permit, must be complied with in the construction and maintenance of this structure.
